Our staff members personally visit and inspect each venue of your expedition prior to your departure to maintain and guarantee the highest quality assurances.
 
Each of our guides is issued a company mobile phone and remains in constant communication with our office.
 
Each participant is given an individualized laser engraved identification badge and lanyard with our 24 hour toll free emergency response line that is staffed by our company representatives at all times. No matter what the issue or time of night or day, our  Academic Expeditions representative will be avilalable to offer help. Help is never more than a phone call away.
